Pitmaster Group, known for its unique culinary shows and smoked meat dining experience, is expanding its domestic and international footprint with a new flagship branch in Rishon LeZion.

The company announced it will invest approximately 4 million NIS to open its fifth Israeli branch in the HaRova complex, replacing the former Greco restaurant. Spanning about 500 square meters with roughly 150 seats, the new flagship location is slated to open in the first quarter of 2027.

In addition to its Israeli expansion, the group is growing globally. A new branch in Miami, Florida, is scheduled to open in November, followed by another New York location in the first quarter of 2027 as part of its entry into the US market.

Alongside the Pitmaster brand, the group has signed a long-term lease agreement with the Gabbay Group for a new 731-square-meter concept restaurant at the MULTI commercial center in Yehud-Monosson. The deal is valued at over 9.5 million NIS in projected total revenues.

Founded by Ido Levy, Dorian Kopit, Matan Tzafrir, Ofer Wolfheim, Kfir Goldhamer, and Aviad Yitzhaki, Pitmaster currently operates four branches across Israel.

"The opening of our new flagship branch in Rishon LeZion marks another significant milestone in the group's growth," said Dorian Kopit, CEO of Pitmaster Group. "We believe in the power of brands that offer much more than just a meal, and we continue to invest in creating unique dining and hospitality experiences in Israel and worldwide."
