Ramat Gan Luxury Tower Project Signed for 230 Million NIS
Aniv and Ashtrom Residences signed a 230 million NIS deal with Shikun & Binui Solel Boneh to build the 34-story Park Tower luxury project in Ramat Gan, slated for completion by January 2030.
Aniv and Ashtrom Residences have signed an execution agreement with Shikun & Binui Solel Boneh for the luxury Park Tower project on HaMavdil Street in Ramat Gan, valued at approximately 230 million NIS.
Project Details and Location
The urban renewal project is located at the intersection of Abba Hillel and HaMavdil streets in the sought-after HaGefen neighborhood. It features a 34-story tower comprising 180 apartments above a commercial boulevard. Overlooking Yarkon Park and situated near the Ayalon Mall, Route 4, and the Ayalon Highways, the tower will offer 2, 3, 4, and 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses equipped with private swimming pools.
The apartments include a sun balcony and private parking spaces located in an underground parking lot. Additionally, the project features public spaces for the residents' well-being, including a private gym, a tenant room, a bicycle room, a stroller room, and a retail boulevard right downstairs. The project architects are "Kahana Architects".
Timeline and Leadership Statements
This tower will replace three buildings of three or four floors that were demolished about a year ago. Occupancy is expected in January 2030, and apartment sales are currently underway.
