Netanyahu Mocks Political Rivals in New Campaign Video Ahead of Elections
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu released an election campaign video mocking past rivals as Likud faces scrutiny over billboards and hostage campaign messaging.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu published a campaign video on X on Sunday ahead of Tuesday's upcoming elections, mocking his political rivals over the years and urging the public to vote for Likud.
In the video, a car salesman offers a potential buyer vehicles named after figures who have run against Netanyahu for the premiership since 2015: Isaac Herzog, Benny Gantz, and Gadi Eisenkot. Accompanying the video, Netanyahu wrote: "You don't gamble with the country's steering wheel. On Tuesday, vote only for Mahal—only Likud."
Meanwhile, the Central Election Committee Chairman, Justice Noam Solberg, ordered Likud on Sunday to remove billboards across the country featuring Gadi Eisenkot alongside Mansour Abbas and Ahmad Tibi. Likud announced that it would comply with the directive and take down the signage.
The campaign row comes on the heels of sharp criticism from families of hostages. Last week, families of hostages who were abducted alive into the Gaza Strip and did not return alive published an open letter demanding that Likud stop using the claim that they "returned all the hostages" in its campaign, stating that their loved ones returned in coffins.
