Across Europe, numerous friendly matches are taking place this Saturday evening, just before the continent's leagues return to action for the 26/27 season. Chelsea secured a 1:3 victory over Real Sociedad, while Bayern Munich defeated RB Leipzig by the same score. Later, Manchester United will meet Milan in Poland, and Borussia Dortmund will host Roma.
Chelsea hosted Real Sociedad at Stamford Bridge for their final test before the Premier League season opener, where they are set to face Fulham in just over a week. Meanwhile, the Basques were scheduled to play in La Liga this weekend, but their match against Real Madrid was postponed.
