Israeli singer Matan Hasan has released a new single titled "Something Good Is Waiting For You Outside," dedicated to the remarkable women in his life facing personal hardships. Co-written with his brother, musician Liam Hachmon, the song delivers an uplifting message of hope, resilience, and faith in better days.
A Personal Tribute
"I wrote this song about several very significant and dear women in my life, each experiencing her own personal struggle," Hasan shared. "I wanted to find the right words to let them know I see what they are going through and to help them realize their journey will lead them to the best possible place."
Reflecting on the creative process, Hasan described late-night sessions with his brother: "During a night of creation with my genius brother Liam Hachmon, we found words that felt like an arrow straight to the heart and an absolute truth straight from our souls."
Message of Resilience
The lyrics touch upon themes of loneliness, emotional turmoil, and the enduring strength to keep going. Lines like "When there is no one, there is only one" and the anthemic chorus—"Something good is waiting for you, don't be afraid, it will happen to you"—aim to comfort listeners navigating turbulent times.
Hasan, who rose to prominence during the Iron Swords war after a video of him singing went viral, transitioned from his military service as an undercover Border Police officer to a full-fledged musical career, releasing his debut EP "Coming Home" in 2024.
