Mashi Kleinstein Releases Debut Album and Opens Up About Famous Parents
Mashi Kleinstein releases her debut album, opening up about her famous parents Rami and Rita, childhood privacy, and addressing rumors about Eurovision.

Since I can remember myself, I wanted to be a singer. To dream, to write, to record, and to stand on stages, wrote Mashi Kleinstein on her Instagram account about two months ago. This week, she is releasing her official debut album bearing her name, consisting of eight songs. I am excited, even a little afraid for you to hear. Here is my heart, she wrote in another post. After years on stages, the singer is fulfilling a childhood dream—and in an interview on Morning News, she addressed her excitement: This is my first dream, the thing I most wanted to do.
A Childhood Behind the Scenes
When I was five, there was the show 'Bravo', and my parents did not allow me to go. They consulted with a child psychologist who told them it was better to keep me as a normal child. Did they hide you? Clearly, they saw me for the first time in the army, I think. They protected us very much. Do you remember childhood as complex? Yes, I hate paparazzi. At home, they frightened me about it; once they were considered the bad guys. Privacy was sacred, and today you film yourself. The home was the holy of holies.
Fulfilling the Dream as a Mother
How long have you been working on the album? There are songs in the drawer for years, and the serious work was since the birth of Michael, a year ago. I felt I owed the little girl in me the realization of a dream. Something would never be complete if I didn't fulfill this for Mashi as a child. In recent months, there have been rumors that Kleinstein is on her way to compete in 'The Next Star for Eurovision', the show broadcast on Keshet 12 where Israel's representative for Eurovision 2027 in Burgas, Bulgaria, will be chosen.
I have nothing to lose ever, I have a family, I have nothing to lose in life. I work every day, and believe this is my way to maintain sanity, she related to the rumors.
