Israeli Entrepreneur Liran Weitzman Sells Hotel Stake in 150M Euro Deal
Israeli entrepreneur Liran Weitzman sold a stake in his Sircle hotel management company to India's PRISM for 150 million euro, valuing his European operations at up to 300 million euro.

Israeli real estate and hospitality entrepreneur Liran Weitzman, 50, has achieved a major financial milestone abroad: Sunday PropTech, a subsidiary of Indian hospitality giant PRISM, has acquired a substantial stake in GCH Hospitality, the management company operating Weitzman’s Sircle boutique brands.
The deal is valued at 150 million euro and reflects a dramatic market valuation of 200 to 300 million euro for Weitzman’s European operations. This includes a cash component of tens of millions of euro flowing directly to the Israeli entrepreneur, alongside share allocations in the joint company, as reported by TheMarker.
The acquiring side is backed by Indian billionaire Ritesh Agarwal, 32, a business phenomenon who started with a fellowship from Peter Thiel and enjoys massive backing from Japan's SoftBank fund. Agarwal, currently leading a massive IPO at a valuation of up to 8 billion dollar, recently visited Israel accompanied by Zvika Mans, CEO of Leumi Partners Underwriting, holding a series of meetings with the local financial sector.
The Indian group connected with Weitzman's unique hospitality concept, which controls a portfolio of about 52 hotels across 8 European countries, including SIR and Park Centraal. The operation integrates culinary arts and nightlife through The Entourage Group, which operates brands like chef Eyal Shani's HaSalon and Miznon. Now, the new partners plan to leverage PRISM's technological infrastructure to expand the leading hotel empire from Europe to the US and Asia.
