Large apartment in the center sold for 1.32 million shekels, including parking

Finding real estate under 1.5 million shekels in the center of the country is extremely difficult, but deals on apartments without a MAMAD (protected space) remain an affordable option. In Holon, a 3-room apartment was sold for 1.42 million shekels, while prices in Be'er Sheva are significantly lower.

Finding an apartment for less than 1.5 million shekels is a complicated matter. Even in the periphery, it is very difficult to find such properties, especially if they are well-maintained apartments with parking. In the current period, bargains can be found mainly in apartments without a MAMAD.

The public is not ready for such deals. Buyers prioritize security, and therefore many refuse deals involving apartments with a MAMAK (floor-level protected space), fearing that a siren might catch them unprepared.

Finding such an apartment in the center is a rare occurrence. Recently, a 4-room apartment on Herzl Street in the Merkaz ha-Ezrahi neighborhood (approx. 111 sq. m, 2nd floor out of 3, with parking) was sold for 1.32 million shekels.

There are more such examples in Ramle and Lod. For instance, a 4-room apartment on Shalom Aleichem Street in Ramle (120 sq. m, 2nd floor out of 4, with an elevator) was sold for 1.79 million shekels. In contrast, a 3-room apartment on Chaim Weizmann Street (76 sq. m, 3rd floor out of 3) was sold for 1.28 million shekels.

In Lod, a 3.5-room apartment on Barak Street (70 sq. m, 8th floor out of 8, with an elevator) was sold for 1.23 million shekels.
