Arsenal's bingo that matched Beckham's achievement: "He has very great quality"

Christos Tzolis has started his journey at Arsenal in an excellent way. The Greek signing, who arrived in the summer from Club Brugge for 34 million pounds, assisted twice in the 3:0 victory over Manchester City in the Community Shield and was one of the best players in the match.
Tzolis first assisted Kai Havertz, and then also set up Martin Odegaard for the third goal. In doing so, he became the first player since David Beckham in 1996 to assist two goals in a Community Shield match, and also the first Arsenal player to assist at least twice in his debut appearance since Willian in September 2020.
The performance against City continued a very successful pre-season for the 24-year-old. He had already assisted twice against Real Betis and Borussia Dortmund, and also found the net against Girona. Yesterday, he also delivered more passes into the final third than any other Arsenal player.
Tzolis arrived at Arsenal after the best season of his career at Club Brugge, in which he was involved in 40 goals - 17 goals and 23 assists. Mikel Arteta sounds very pleased with the Greek's integration.
