Israeli TV Star Told to Hide Identity in US, Co-Host Fires Back
Israeli TV star Kim Or Azulay revealed that an American agent advised her to hide her nationality, prompting a fiery on-air response from co-host Shai-Lee Schindler.

When rising star Kim Or Azulay searched for an American talent agent, she received a surprisingly cautious piece of advice: hide your Israeli identity to avoid trouble. During a candid broadcast, Azulay revealed how the agent suggested she claim to be from Argentina instead.
The American Agent's Warning
Recalling her past attempts to break into the international market, Azulay explained that the conversation shifted toward her linguistic skills. When she mentioned speaking a little Spanish, the agent jumped at the opportunity. "He told me, that is great, just say you are from Argentina. Do not say you are from Israel because it will complicate things for you," Azulay shared on the show.

A Defiant On-Air Response
Her co-host, Shai-Lee Schindler, immediately reacted to the revelation with fierce patriotism and defiance. Schindler urged Azulay to proudly embrace her heritage rather than conforming to industry fears.

Schindler firmly rejected the notion of masking one's nationality, encouraging total openness and strength.
Juggling Public Life and Motherhood
Beyond international career hurdles, Azulay also opened up about the recent social media storm surrounding her public breastfeeding journey. Admitting she initially feared leaving the house, she has since embraced the reality of nursing in public spaces, though she humorously drew the line at doing so live on television during their show "Loop".
