Businessman, "The Sharks" panelist on Channel 12, and new Likud member Oren Dubrovinsky posted a critique on X on July 17 against US President Donald Trump, following Israel's exclusion from negotiations with Iran. After the post gained traction on social media, Dubrovinsky issued a clarification on Facebook this Monday evening: "At one point, I lost my composure and published something I regret."

"President Donald Trump is the greatest friend Israel has ever had in the White House. I have published content in his support countless times. At one point, without having all the facts, I lost my composure and published something I regret. I ask for the forgiveness of President Donald Trump, whom I deeply value and cherish," wrote Dubrovinsky.

This followed his earlier post on X regarding the US-Iran negotiations, where he wrote:

"Set aside for a moment whether the agreement with Iran is good or bad. In what world is it normal NOT TO INVITE YOUR SHOULDER-TO-SHOULDER WAR ALLY to the negotiating table? Do you understand that not only did Donald Trump not invite Israel, but he DIDN'T SHARE the actual language of the agreement with Israel?"

He further added:

"What kind of morally corrupt behavior is it to treat an ally like this? Did Israel not fight bravely alongside us in this war? Are they not entitled to at least a seat at the negotiating table or to see the drafts? Why would anyone remain an ally of America if this is how you treat allies?"
