Pro-Palestinian activists targeted and chased Israeli-Turkish citizen Claudia Medina at an Istanbul mall, prompting a police response and her evacuation by security.

Pro-Palestinian activists targeted and chased Israeli-Turkish citizen Claudia Medina at Istanbul's Istinye Park mall on Sunday, according to local reports. Medina was shopping when a group approached her, shouting accusations and drawing a crowd of roughly 20 to 25 people who joined the confrontation.
Medina has faced intense social media criticism in Turkey recently, amid allegations that she brings Israeli tourists to the country and supports Israel. Activists also claimed her children serve in the IDF and that she provides services to Israeli soldiers.
Police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene as the situation escalated. Security personnel and mall staff eventually escorted Medina out of the building while protesters waved Turkish and Palestinian flags and chanted anti-Zionist slogans. An investigation into the incident has been opened.
