Israir Airlines Wins Prestigious Award for Accessible Tourism Innovation
Israir Airlines won the Israeli Management Center award for personalization and accessible tourism, while also adopting the innovative ARD standard.

Israir Airlines achieved a significant milestone by winning the prestigious Personalization and Customized Customer Journeys Award from the Israeli Management Center. The airline was recognized for pioneering accessible tourism and integrating accessibility into the entire flight experience, from booking to landing.
Commitment to Accessible Tourism
The award highlights Israir's efforts to make accessibility an integral part of its service philosophy. The initiative stems from the belief that every individual deserves the right to fly, travel, and enjoy a vacation with dignity, equality, and maximum independence. Oshrat Morad, Organizational Development, Quality, and Sustainability Manager at Israir, emphasized that accessibility is a national challenge rather than a niche issue.
"In recent years, accessibility is no longer just an issue for a specific group. It is a national challenge, as every second household includes a person with a disability, a unique need, or an invisible difficulty that affects their ability to fully participate in society," said Morad.
Technological Leap and Global Innovation
Beyond service personalization, Israir recently made headlines by becoming the first airline in the world to adopt the ARD (Agentic Resource Discovery) standard. Developed under the auspices of the Linux Foundation by Google, Microsoft, and Ora's research department, this innovative standard redefines how artificial intelligence agents discover and connect with brands.
