Israel Deports 14 Foreign Nationals for Violating Closed Military Zone
Israel deported 14 foreign tourists from seven countries over the weekend for violating a closed military zone order and provoking disturbances near Al-Lubban al-Gharbiya.

The Population and Immigration Authority announced that 14 foreign nationals holding tourist visas were detained and deported over the weekend after violating a closed military zone order near the West Bank village of Al-Lubban al-Gharbiya. According to the authorities, the individuals engaged in provocations and public disturbances.
The foreign nationals were arrested by the Israel Police and transferred to the Enforcement and Foreigners Administration of the Population and Immigration Authority following the breach of their visa terms. Following administrative hearings, deportation orders were issued.
According to the authority, the deported individuals hold citizenship in seven countries: the United States, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, Portugal, the Netherlands, and Australia. Following the legal proceedings, all involved parties were deported from Israel to various destinations.
The Population and Immigration Authority stated: "We will continue to act decisively, in cooperation with security forces, against anyone who abuses their tourist visa to violate law and order and breach license conditions."
This incident follows the deportation of 11 other foreign nationals last week. On October 24, the authority deported 11 tourists detained by security forces in the Hebron area on suspicion of violating a closed military zone order and interfering with IDF soldiers during an uncoordinated olive harvest.
