Isaac Nakash Makes Aliyah to Tel Aviv with Luxury Apartment and Lamborghini
American-Jewish businessman Isaac Nakash, recently separated from Taylor Malcov, is making Aliyah to Tel Aviv, purchasing a luxury Bavli tower apartment and a Lamborghini.
After nearly a year of a long-distance relationship between Israel and the United States, Taylor Malcov and American-Jewish businessman Isaac Nakash parted ways late last August. However, Nakash is now opening a brand-new chapter and has decided to make Aliyah, settling down in a luxury apartment in Tel Aviv.
Nakash purchased a sprawling 250-square-meter residence on the 40th floor of the prestigious Bereshit tower in the Bavli neighborhood of Tel Aviv. Overlooking the sea, the stunning apartment is valued at no less than 35 million shekels. In addition to the high-end real estate, Nakash has also bought a Lamborghini, currently on its way to Israel, with an estimated price tag of three million shekels.
While his business operations primarily take place overseas, Nakash is not moving just to change his address. The businessman intends to leverage the relocation to expand his commercial activities, including investments in Israeli startup companies, cementing a permanent footprint in the local market.
