The Fox Group, owned by businessman Harel Wiesel, published its financial reports for the second quarter of 2026 today (Monday), marking a record quarter with revenues of 1.83 billion NIS.

Main results – second quarter 2026

The group's revenues totaled approximately 1.83 billion NIS, compared to 1.62 billion NIS in the corresponding quarter last year, an increase of 12.8%. Gross profit reached 1,115.2 million NIS (a 14.0% increase), with a gross profit margin of approximately 61.0%.

Operating profit stood at 222.9 million NIS (12.2% of revenues), compared to 171.7 million NIS (10.6% of revenues) in the same quarter last year. Net profit totaled 123.0 million NIS, up from 70.1 million NIS in the previous year. Excluding IFRS16, net profit was 130.1 million NIS, compared to 77.0 million NIS in the corresponding period.

Sector breakdown

Fashion and home fashion in Israel: Revenue reached 569.8 million NIS, a 15.3% increase. This growth was driven by a 2.6% rise in same-store sales and the opening of new brand locations. Gross profit for the sector grew by 17.3% to 411.3 million NIS.

Terminal X: Revenue for the sector totaled 161.1 million NIS, a 20.5% increase, driven by higher transaction volumes and the consolidation of new companies.

Other activities: Revenue grew by 37.6% to 433.7 million NIS due to expanded commercial space. Operating profit for this sector reached 49.2 million NIS.

Fashion and home fashion abroad: Revenue decreased by 18.2% to 31.5 million NIS, primarily due to the closure of Fox Home stores during a conversion period and currency fluctuations.

Laline: Revenue totaled 74.3 million NIS, a 2.4% increase. Operating profit reached 16.2 million NIS.

Sports sector: Revenue totaled 594.4 million NIS. Results were impacted by a decrease in same-store sales and currency effects. Operating profit stood at 30.8 million NIS.


Harel Wiesel, owner and CEO of the Fox Group, stated: "We are concluding a strong second quarter in which we continued to grow and expand the group's activity alongside a significant improvement in profitability. The strength of our diverse brand portfolio allows us to navigate market changes and generate growth through multiple engines simultaneously."

He added: "The board of directors' decision to distribute a dividend of 150 million shekels reflects the group's robustness and our confidence in its continued path."
