Entrepreneur and content creator Gali Mairi has integrated artificial intelligence into every aspect of her professional and personal life, using custom AI agents to manage emails, calendars, drive storage, and daily tasks.

Reflecting on the evolution of AI integration, Mairi noted that her journey began in February 2023 with a conference titled 'Know Your Enemy', organized alongside partners Yaki Gni and Moran Saar Bechar. At the time, creators viewed the technology as an existential threat. Today, after organizing eight consecutive sold-out editions of the 'Hakol Mebina' conference and launching an upcoming AI film festival at the Tel Aviv Cinematheque, Mairi views AI as an indispensable daily partner.

Daily Workflow and Custom AI Agents

Mairi utilizes advanced large language models to streamline operations, ranging from automated accounting bots and business planning to social media content creation and skill acquisition. Operating primarily through Claude and ChatGPT, she employs specialized agents such as 'Claudette', who manages calendar syncs and automated drafts, and 'Lola', a voice-activated assistant that transcribes her thoughts during commutes.

Despite the efficiency gains, Mairi emphasizes the boundaries of automation. She personally handles interpersonal communication, close relationships, and her signature community newsletter to maintain an authentic human voice.

The Future of Human Creativity and Employment

Addressing the broader impact of artificial intelligence on creative industries, Mairi acknowledges the shifting job market where employers increasingly demand AI literacy alongside traditional skills. While acknowledging that AI surpasses human performance in structured and visual tasks, she maintains that genuine interpersonal connection, shared physical experiences, and emotional resonance remain uniquely human domains.

Looking toward the upcoming eighth edition of her conference and the inaugural AI film festival—which received over 1,200 submissions from more than 100 countries—Mairi encourages professionals to master prompt engineering and view technology as a catalyst for deeper human expression rather than a mere replacement.
