IDF Exercises in Tel Aviv and Rescue of Israeli Woman in Hebron
The IDF Spokesperson announced pre-planned military exercises at the Kirya base in Tel Aviv. Meanwhile, a young Israeli woman abducted by her family was located and rescued in Hebron.

The IDF Spokesperson announced that today, Friday, August 14, in the morning hours, a military exercise will take place at the General Staff base in Tel Aviv (Kirya). Consequently, sounds of explosions, gunfire, and heavy movement of security forces are expected in the area.
The IDF emphasizes that this is a pre-planned exercise as part of the 2026 training program and that there is no security incident.
As previously reported, a young Israeli woman in her 20s, a resident of central Israel, was located yesterday, Thursday, in the city of Hebron by police officers of the Judea and Samaria District with the assistance of IDF soldiers. According to assessments, she was taken by her family from her place of residence.
The young woman, who lives in a specialized residential facility in Gush Dan, was taken by family members in their vehicle, and suspicion arose that the involved parties were in the heart of Hebron. Immediately upon receiving the report regarding her disappearance, police officers from the Hebron station, together with representatives of the Police Coordination and Liaison Administration in the Judea and Samaria District and soldiers of the Judea Brigade, deployed forces on the outskirts of the city. Simultaneously, searches for the vehicle and the family were conducted by the Palestinian police inside Hebron.
