After the web was flooded with rumors regarding a potential romance between Eviatar Dangur and Vicky Halami from 'Married at First Sight'—fueled by her admission during the season that he was her type—the groom appeared on Danit Greenberg and Liki Menahem's podcast on V1 to address the subject for the first time.
"There is a rumor that you and Vicky are dating now," Greenberg told him. "Rumors are rumors, reality is reality—these are two different things," the groom replied with a mysterious smile. However, Greenberg did not give up: "We have been in the industry for a long time and have learned that there is no smoke without fire." She then proposed a challenge: "Call Vicky; I want to hear her 'hello.' That way we will know." Dangur accepted, though he managed expectations: "I am sure it will be very strange for her to receive a call from me now, but okay." Vicky answered the phone sounding quite confused, which immediately dismissed the speculations. "It was a surprised 'hello'," concluded Greenberg, "they are not together."
