European Funds Bring Over 800 Million Euros to Tel Aviv Startups
European corporations and venture funds with over 800 million euros are arriving in Tel Aviv for the Europe Days 2026 conference to meet Israeli startups.
European funds, corporations, and organizations from Germany, Switzerland, and Austria are arriving in Tel Aviv with over 800 million euros available for investment. Israeli startups in artificial intelligence, digital health, and defense technology are preparing for the upcoming Europe Days conference, scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Dubnov Gallery in Tel Aviv.
Reverse Pitching Format and Investment Opportunities
The annual event features a unique format where startups do not pitch their ideas. Instead, investors and corporate representatives take the stage to present their offers in what is known as reverse pitching, allowing entrepreneurs to choose whom they want to meet. The lineup includes eight venture capital funds and more than twenty European corporations, cities, and regions seeking Israeli technologies for investments, pilots, and global market expansion.
"Europe Days provides a direct gateway for Israeli innovators to connect with top-tier international funds and industrial leaders without traditional pitching barriers."
Participating Global Giants and Support Networks
Prominent accelerators such as Switzerland-based Tenity and Accelerator Frankfurt are joining the delegation to scout local talent in digital health, fintech, and defense tech. Major multinational corporations including Airbus, Volkswagen, OBI, HENSOLDT, Bayer, KARL STORZ, and Giesecke+Devrient will conduct one-on-one meetings with founders. Additionally, European municipal and regional agencies are offering free business advisory services to help Israeli companies establish operations in German-speaking markets.
