Eden Ben Zaken Lists Rishon LeZion Penthouse for 18 Million Shekels
Singer Eden Ben Zaken and her husband Shuki Biton have listed their Rishon LeZion penthouse for 18 million shekels, with singer Sasson Shaulov stepping in as tenant. The couple is also expanding into real estate in Dubai and launching a new Italian restaurant.

Israeli singer Eden Ben Zaken and her husband, businessman Shuki Biton, have put their luxury penthouse in Rishon LeZion on the market for 18 million shekels. While awaiting a buyer, the couple has found a high-profile tenant: fellow singer Sasson Shaulov will rent the sprawling property for tens of thousands of shekels a month. The couple plans to relocate to a new home within the same city.
Luxury Amenities and Real Estate Expansion
Spanning approximately 420 square meters, the penthouse is considered one of the most prominent residential properties in the area. It features three bedrooms, two massive balconies, and a private swimming pool overlooking the coastline. Meanwhile, the couple continues to expand their global real estate portfolio, recently purchasing a two-story duplex in the luxury Mykonos project in the suburbs of Dubai for about 4 million shekels, designed in a Greek resort style with four bedrooms and a private garden.
Venturing into the Culinary Scene and Public Controversy
In addition to their real estate investments, Ben Zaken and Biton are entering the restaurant industry. Partnering with a group of restaurateurs, they are opening a new branch of the Italian chain Luciana in Rishon LeZion with an investment of 10 million shekels. Spanning 800 square meters with 276 seats, the new restaurant opens on November 25. Alongside their business ventures, the singer recently faced public scrutiny after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara made a surprise appearance at her Menora Mivtachim Arena concert, where the prime minister delivered a political message from the stage, sparking intense online debate.
