Diplomat Holdings Plans 250 Million Shekel Bond Raise to Double Sales by 2030
Diplomat Holdings plans a 250 million shekel bond raise to double owned brand sales by 2030, expand logistics, and launch Camel and Winston cigarette distribution.

Diplomat Holdings, one of Israel's largest consumer goods import, sales, and distribution companies, announced plans to raise 250 million shekels through a bond offering. Founded in 1963 and publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 2021, the company aims to double sales of its proprietary brands by 2030.
Strategic Expansion and Brand Growth
The upcoming capital raise follows the company's initial public offering five years ago, which brought in 300 million shekels. Diplomat intends to use the fresh funds to complete its new logistics center and aggressively scale up sales of its owned brands—including Starkist tuna, Dorot, and All In. The company targets an increase in proprietary brand sales from 13% to 30% of total group sales within three years. This growth trajectory is expected to expand revenues for these brands from approximately 460 million shekels to about 1.1 billion shekels, driven by controlling families Weiman and Mandel.
Tobacco Distribution and New Headquarters
Starting this January, Diplomat will begin distributing Camel and Winston cigarette brands in Israel. Company executives estimate that this new venture will generate an annual turnover of 440 million shekels, excluding purchase tax. According to reports in Calcalist, the consumer goods giant has already started recruiting distributors and acquired specialized delivery vehicles for the operation.
Concurrently, Diplomat signed a 10-year lease agreement with a five-year extension option to relocate its corporate headquarters from Airport City to the Naeemi Park at the Mesubim Interchange. The company will rent approximately 5,000 square meters of office space to accommodate over 300 employees starting in 2028. The new facility, situated near a planned metro station and the Purple Line, positions Diplomat alongside other major firms such as H.Stern and Mediterranean Towers in developing the Mesubim area as a major metropolitan employment hub.
