The commitment is long-term, taking place Sunday through Thursday during morning hours. Registration is available on their website.

"Beit HaKatom" (Kibbutz Mizra)

A community housing framework promoting social integration for people with physical disabilities. They are looking for volunteers aged 18 and over to accompany residents on walks, participate in community activities, and engage in leisure time. Scheduling is flexible: Sunday–Thursday (after 16:30) or weekends by arrangement.

Sharon Region

"Beit Shel Benji"

An association supporting lone soldiers. They are looking for mentors (aged 27+) to assist with the transition to civilian life, including job hunting, housing, bureaucratic issues, and financial planning. Meetings occur once every week or two, with ongoing telephone support.

Central Region

"Fabriget" Club (Holon)

A club for individuals aged 80 and over. They are seeking volunteers to lead musical activities or give lectures on topics such as history, medicine, geography, and current events. Scheduling is flexible, Sunday–Thursday, starting from 10:00.

Jerusalem Region

Day Center for the Elderly in Gilo ("Matav" Association)

They are looking for volunteers for personal mentoring and companionship for the elderly. Commitment: Sunday–Thursday (10:00–13:00) at the center or during evening hours at the seniors' homes.

Southern Region

"Kfar Raphael" (Be'er Sheva)

A village for adults with special needs. They are seeking volunteers aged 21 and over for organic farming and gardening (planting, harvesting, and maintenance). This is a long-term commitment, once a week (Sunday–Thursday, for at least 1.5 hours in morning or evening shifts).
