Delek Nadlan continues to expand the mix of uses in its properties and reports a major deal: the company has signed a long-term lease agreement (25 years) with the Profit fitness chain. Under the agreement, the chain will lease an entire floor of approximately 1,700 sqm at the Castel complex in Mevaseret Zion. An advanced fitness club will be established at the site alongside a unique recovery complex, which will include massage beds, cold therapy beds, compression sleeves, and dry saunas.

The Castel complex, which is currently being occupied, spans approximately 4,000 sqm and includes a fueling station, retail, and employment space. Profit joins a series of chains that have already signed lease agreements at the site, including Dani Bakeries, Bana Drinks, Pitzuchei Amdi, Pita Basar, and the Joe convenience store. The club is expected to open at the beginning of 2027 upon completion of construction work, and will raise the occupancy rate in the complex to 75%.

The move is part of the growth and enhancement strategy of Delek Nadlan, which holds a portfolio of approximately 70 properties nationwide. Omer Tslisher, VP of Assets and Marketing at the company, noted that the addition of Profit is another step in implementing the strategy to maximize the potential of the assets and turn them into centers of commerce, services, and leisure that serve the local population and the traveling public.
