Veteran Anchor Dalia Mazor to Campaign for The Democrats in Herzliya
Veteran Israeli news anchor Dalia Mazor announced she will volunteer for The Democrats party at a polling station in Herzliya on election day, aiming to persuade undecided voters.

Veteran Israeli television news anchor Dalia Mazor has announced she will volunteer for the HaDemokratim (The Democrats) party at a polling station booth in Herzliya during the upcoming election day. Mazor revealed her political engagement during a television interview on Channel 12 following her elimination from the entertainment show "The Masked Singer".
Speaking to hosts Efi Trinker and Avri Gilad, Mazor explained her motivation to return to the public sphere. "You know, you can take the person out of the news, but you cannot take the news out of the person," Mazor said. "I am volunteering for election day because they are close to my heart, and I deeply want to bring the country back to sanity."
When asked where she would be stationed, Mazor confirmed she will operate a party booth outside a school serving as a polling station in her hometown of Herzliya. Asked directly which faction she is supporting, Mazor explicitly named The Democrats.
Mazor stated she intends to actively engage with undecided voters arriving at the ballots. "I hope that those who have not yet decided and are hesitating until the last moment will stop at the booth where I am standing, and if I have the opportunity to speak with them, I will convince them," she noted.
The political declaration followed her unmasking on "The Masked Singer", where she performed as the Origami Crane while covering Britney Spears' hit song "Crazy". Host Avri Gilad concluded the interview with a cynical remark, suggesting her political alignment reflects the historical ideological leanings of Israel's public broadcasting establishment.
