Cognyte Secures $20 Million Contract Renewal With Tier-1 EMEA Agency
Cognyte Software has secured a one-year contract renewal valued at over $20 million with a Tier-1 national security agency in the EMEA region.

Cognyte Software Ltd (NASDAQ: CGNT), a global leader in investigative and intelligence analytics software based in Herzliya, announced Thursday the renewal of a one-year contract valued at over $20 million. The agreement was signed with a leading Tier-1 national security agency in the EMEA region.
The long-standing client has been utilizing Cognyte's platform operationally and continuously for over a decade across a wide range of critical intelligence missions, including counterterrorism, national security threats, and organized crime. The contract renewal includes ongoing support alongside the integration of new AI-driven capabilities, enabling the agency to expand its operational scope in response to evolving threats.
Cognyte's analytics platform allows intelligence agencies to process and analyze massive amounts of fragmented and complex data in real-time, identify unknown entities and identities, and uncover hidden connections. These solutions incorporate robust governance mechanisms that enable auditing insights and grounding critical operational decisions in the field.
Elad Sharon, CEO of Cognyte, commented on the deal: "National security agencies today operate in an environment where there is no room for error, decision-making windows are narrowing, and the speed at which intelligence can be extracted can determine operational outcomes. This client has relied on Cognyte for over a decade, and we are proud to help them turn complex data into actionable intelligence for safer and faster decisions."
