The longtime couple, who have been engaged for over a decade, were captured by paparazzi while enjoying a boat trip with friends. Rutler was seen playfully spinning the pop icon in the air, while other photos showed them embracing and kissing against the stunning Italian backdrop.
The pair first met back in 2010 on the set of Burlesque, where Aguilera starred and Rutler worked as a production assistant. Following her divorce from music producer Jordan Bratman, with whom she shares her 18-year-old son Max, Aguilera and Rutler began dating and quietly became one of Hollywood's most enduring couples.
Rutler proposed on Valentine's Day in 2014, and later that same year they welcomed their daughter, Summer Rain.
