Good news for the academic community: Jerusalem Municipality has granted an occupancy permit for the new dormitory complex

The complex represents a significant step in strengthening the community of students and researchers in the capital, and will provide new and advanced housing solutions in the heart of the campus alongside a learning and community environment and a variety of services. The complex, designed by Schwartz-Besnosoff Architects, enjoys exceptional transport accessibility, including a connection to the new light rail route that passes near the Givat Ram campus. The Green Line is a strategic transport artery connecting the capital's main points of interest: it creates a direct and fast connection between the campus and key stations, including the integrated transport hub at the entrance to the city, the National Quarter, the Sports Quarter, and the Malha Mall.

Mayor of Jerusalem, Moshe Lion, stated:
