American Quality Products announced a voluntary recall for Ben & Jerry's Milk & Honey ice cream following a consumer complaint regarding a foreign plastic-like object found inside the product.

The company stated that the proactive recall is being conducted out of an abundance of caution and in full coordination with the Food Service at the Ministry of Health. Concurrently, the manufacturer is working to collect the ice cream from distribution channels nationwide, and consumers possessing the product are urged not to consume it.

The recall applies to 432-gram tubs of Milk & Honey ice cream bearing the barcode 7290018441527. It strictly affects containers marked on the bottom with one of the following expiration dates: 07/05/27, 08/05/27, or 25/11/27.
