Ben Gandis sparks a storm over new surgery: "All men would want it"
Ben Gandis is only 24 years old and has undergone a series of numerous surgeries to improve his appearance: nose, eyebrows, fat removal, jaw, dental alignment, eye lenses, and more. Following the 'looksmaxxing' trend, a great deal of discourse has arisen online, especially due to the surgery he is about to undergo on his private part.
24-year-old Ben Gandis has sparked a storm and much discourse over the numerous surgeries he has undergone to change his appearance, the new trend among young people: Looksmaxxing, and the many reactions he has received, as well as the many reactions sparked by his recent interviews on the matter.
Thus, in an interview on Reshet 13 a few days ago, the surgeries he has undergone were detailed, including rhinoplasty, weight loss injections, tanning, ultrasound therapy, and soon — a surgery to remove fat from his face. He even added that he intends to undergo a procedure to enlarge his penis.
Gandis spoke seriously about the latter surgery and said that in his view, it is equivalent to breast augmentation for women:
"In general, the vast majority of men would want a larger or thicker penis, and what I am asking for, talking about, and doing — I am probably speaking on behalf of most men."
To this, the hosts replied: "Kudos for the honesty."
In another video a few days ago, Gandis addressed the unusual surgery regarding his penis again and said:
"I didn't do anything special by saying I want to enlarge my organ. Anyone who has an average size, at least half of men, would want a larger one. Anyone who has smaller than average would want a larger one, and yes, anyone who has a bit above average too. Meaning the vast majority of men would want a larger one. So the fact that I want to enlarge it doesn't make me special. And I'm just not politically correct. It's just that no one shares this, so I take all the heat for it."

Gandis, a fitness trainer, has an Instagram account with 12.6 thousand followers and a TikTok account with 65.1 thousand followers, where he shares all the processes he has undergone to change his appearance, as well as the reactions and criticism he receives and the medical process he has undergone. According to him, he does not intend to stop: "I continue to intend to do it to be more handsome."
In a past interview, he told what led him to enter looksmaxxing and said that from a young age he had an obsession with it:
"It all started from very selfish circumstances, I wanted to improve my appearance for myself and I started researching for myself and that's how it started from the world of training — like anyone who starts training, especially from a young age, it's to look better."
He shared that there is also an aspect of "making money and becoming famous" — but in the end, it all converges to "getting the opposite sex." According to him, it is also about a desire for a long-term relationship with a girl: if the girl is high-quality and beautiful and there is a lot of competition for her, "you have to improve yourself so that you have the chance to get someone who is that high-quality."
