Aura Group has officially launched the Aura Square project at 48–52 Weizmann Street in Yehud-Monoson, beginning with the demolition of existing buildings for urban renewal. This marks Aura Group's third major project in the city, joining a broad and comprehensive urban renewal strategy across Yehud-Monoson.

Aura has been active in the city for over a decade. Its first major venture, the Aura Hanging Gardens project comprising approximately 900 housing units, has evolved into a thriving, fully populated neighborhood. Simultaneously, the Aura Link Yehud-Monoson project, featuring 444 housing units, is currently underway with active marketing and construction.

Construction and Architectural Vision

The newly launched Aura Square project replaces 76 demolished older housing units with 300 modern apartments distributed across five contemporary buildings. The development will feature a communal inner courtyard, a fitness center, a children's playroom (gymboree), and community-supporting retail spaces alongside public buildings, forming an integrated urban living environment.

The entire project will be constructed as a single cohesive phase by Megido, a subsidiary of Aura Group. Architectural planning was led by Kika Braz Architects.

Leadership Comments on Urban Renewal

Yacov Atrakji, CEO and owner of Aura Group, stated:

«We deeply believe in the renewing city of Yehud-Monoson and its immense potential. The fact that this is our third project in the city is no coincidence—it is the result of long-standing confidence in the city's ability to grow, develop, and attract quality populations.»

Amnon Saad, Mayor of Yehud-Monoson, added:

«The city of Yehud-Monoson is currently undergoing an accelerated development and construction process. Alongside extensive municipal infrastructure upgrades, we are finally witnessing new construction right in the heart of our old city center.»

Both projects benefit from close proximity to the Tel Aviv Light Rail Purple Line and major city exits.
