Attack in Likud against party operatives: "There are polling stations with fake ballots"
During the tense day of the Likud primaries, MK Tally Gotliv claimed that attempts at forgery and deception are taking place at polling stations. According to her, fake ballots are being distributed across the country with her name intentionally omitted, which she describes as an attempt by operatives and vote contractors to harm her re-election chances.
During the tense day of the Likud primaries, drama occurred on the ground when MK Tally Gotliv claimed on Monday that attempts at forgery and deception are taking place at polling stations. According to her, fake ballots are being distributed in various places across the country from which her name was intentionally omitted. She claims this is part of "an attempt by operatives and vote contractors" to harm her chances of being re-elected to the list.
In a post published on the X network, Gotliv appealed directly to registered members and asked them to show maximum vigilance before casting their ballots, emphasizing that any polling station where defective or fake ballots are found may be disqualified.
According to Gotliv, the hysteria that has gripped party operatives stems from the fear of the growing influence of "free votes"—those voters who are not committed to deals or the recommended lists of veteran power groups. Gotliv called on members to report any unusual incidents to her personally to ensure the integrity of the elections at Metzudat Ze'ev.
