Assi Azar breaks down: 'Please shoot me, please'
The beloved media personality went out with his children to a summer event in Tel Aviv, but the extreme August humidity got the better of him, leading to a series of surprising and candid social media posts.

Presenter and media personality Assi Azar shared a sweltering family moment with his Instagram followers after taking his children, whom he has with architect Albert Escola, to an event in Tel Aviv. It seems that alongside the family fun, the heavy weather significantly affected Azar's mood.
In a story uploaded to his account, one of Azar's children is seen enjoying a carousel. Azar, who documented the outing, added a caption to the video:
'Please shoot me, please. It's not even the kids, it's the humidity.'
This was, of course, a humorous and ironic remark made against the backdrop of the high temperatures and intense humidity prevailing across the country this week.
Temperatures in the central region hovered between 31 and 32 degrees Celsius, while relative humidity during the evening hours on Saturday reached 70% to 80%. These conditions made leaving the house and staying outdoors particularly challenging, even after the sun had set.
Azar did not stop at one story. In his next update, he filmed one of his children returning from the event and wrote briefly: 'I didn't enjoy it.' Once again, this was clearly a joke at the expense of the weather rather than the family outing itself.
Azar's stories captured a feeling that many in Israel know all too well these days: the conflict between the desire to enjoy summer activities with children and the heat and humidity that make any prolonged time outside a difficult task. For Azar, at least according to his posts, the humidity was the true spoiler of the day.
