After a live broadcast failure: Channel 14 faces a sharp ratings drop
Sunday's ratings reveal an embarrassing situation for one of Israel's major channels. Channel 14 placed last in both prime time and late-night slots, while Reshet 13 and The Voice hit a seasonal low.
Ratings data from last night's (Sunday) broadcast shows a crushing victory for Keshet 12, which led across all evening categories.
The prime-time battle ended in an unequivocal victory for Keshet 12, as "Dancing with the Stars" garnered 15.5% of the audience, amounting to 403,000 viewers. Second place went to Kan 11 with "Come Dine with Me," recording 7.8% (197,000 viewers).
Reshet 13's "The Voice," following a tight contest, recorded a 7.4% rating (210,000 viewers), marking a seasonal low for the music show. Meanwhile, "The Patriots" on Channel 14 recorded only 5.5% (151,000 viewers), placing last.
In the central news sector, Keshet 12 dominated with a 12.2% rating (353,000 viewers). Second place went to Channel 14, which recorded 5.7% (170,000 viewers).
The news edition on Channel 13 achieved a 4.5% rating (133,000 viewers), placing third, while Kan 11 finished fourth with 3.5% (89,000 viewers).
In the late-night sector, Keshet 12 led with Guy Pines' program, which recorded 9.0% (232,000 viewers). "HaTzinor" on Reshet 13 followed with 5.6% (159,000 viewers).
Kan 11's "Mitachat LaBaltot" took third place with 4.1% (92,000 viewers), while Channel 14 followed closely with "7.10 Judea and Samaria Version," recording 4.0% (107,000 viewers).
