Amsalem after the primaries: "There were complex periods, but the path has not changed"

Minister Dudi Amsalem, who secured the 17th spot on the Likud list, addressed the primary results on Tuesday via the social network X, thanking party members for their support. Alongside his gratitude, Amsalem reflected on his last term, admitting that he did not manage to accomplish everything he had planned.

"This was not the term in which I managed to do everything I wanted. There were also complex periods in it," wrote Amsalem.

However, he emphasized that for him, one thing has remained constant throughout: the path he chose to follow and his connection with the Likud members.

Amsalem thanked his family, his staff, and the party members, noting that throughout the campaign, others had solicited public support on his behalf. According to him, "It is much easier for me to fight for you than to ask for myself."

Concluding his remarks, he clarified that the primaries are now behind him and that his focus is shifting toward the general elections. "From here, we are all together for the truly great mission: the victory of the Likud and the national camp," he wrote.
