The State Attorney's Office filed an indictment in the Jerusalem District Court against 19-year-old Netanel Toledano for a series of serious sexual offenses he allegedly committed against a minor aged about 17, whom he met through an internet site.

According to the indictment, filed by Adv. Yifat Pinchasi Nevo of the Jerusalem District Attorney's Office, about a week and a half after they met, the girl accepted Toledano's offer to meet. The two met early in the morning in Jerusalem and later went to an apartment Toledano had rented for a few hours in the Talpiot neighborhood.

According to the indictment, after the two drank alcohol in the apartment, Toledano began touching the girl without her consent. The prosecution claims that despite her resistance, her repeated requests for him to stop, her screaming and crying, he committed a series of rapes and violent sexual acts against her.

It is further alleged that after the girl fell asleep, Toledano woke her up and committed another act of rape against her. As a result of these acts, she suffered injuries and bodily pain. The indictment charges Toledano with five counts of rape, attempted rape, and indecent assault.

The complainant is represented by Adv. Ravit Zilberfarb on behalf of the Legal Aid Department of the Ministry of Justice. There is a gag order on any details that could lead to her identification.
